How to download your Query Letter
The document previewer may sometimes encounter loading issues due to various factors, including document size, file type, and internet speed. In such cases, it is recommended to download the document and view it offline.
Downloading your Query Letter
Navigate to the query screen where your letter is located.
This will download the file to your PC. In Google Chrome, you will find the download icon in the top right corner.
Double click on the Open Icon and you will be able to use Word (or PDF viewer) to open the document on your PC.
