How to use the Video Conference

Your Immediation Platform comes with a Video Conferencing solution that has been custom-built for mediation, arbitrations, and online dispute resolution. Your platform is video platform agnostic, and you can use any third-party conferencing tools, such as Zoom or MS Teams, to run your meetings. However, to make the most of the scheduling features and built-in tools on the platform to facilitate online dispute resolution, you will need to use the Immediation Voice Conferencing solution. Some of these features include pre-defined labelling of participants in meetings, party rooms, and break-out rooms, as well as complete audio and video controls.
