Create a Filtered Search Quickstart Guide

This Quickstart Guide will help you understand how to create filtered searches.

The benefit of Immediation is the ability to create filtered searches based on any criteria. This is particularly useful for searching for particular criteria for particular panel members with specific skill sets.

This is how to search with a single criteria

1) Click on "Filter Panelist" to bring up the advanced search options.

2) Select the Attribute and the value you would like to set the filter for. In this example, we are searching by "City," which is equal to "New York."

3) Click on "Apply" to see the list of neutrals that match that specific criteria.

4) You will see a "1 filter applied" to confirm that your filter has been applied.

In this example, we will create a search criteria that looks for all the neutrals who are either "Arbitrators" or on the "Education Panel" who are both located in the "US". To put it another way, this is the search string Neutral = [ ((Qualifications= Arbitrator) OR (Panels = Education Panel)) AND Location = US ]

1) Click on "Filter Panelist" to bring up the advanced search options.

2) Select the attribute and the value for which you would like to set the filter. In this example, we search by "Country", equal to "United States of America".

3) Click on "Add Group".

4) Select "And" on the top level of the group.

5) Set the "Qualifications" equal to '"Arbitrators" and "Panels" equal to "Education Panel".

Click "Apply" to see the list of neutrals matching that specific criteria.

6) You will see a "2 filter applied" to confirm that your filter has been applied.
