How to add an additional email address

You may want to add an additional email address to your account to be CC’d on all platform correspondence and notifications. This can be useful if a paralegal or secretary is managing communications on your behalf. You will remain the primary lead as the participant in a matter, but they will receive notifications whenever you receive correspondence.
