How to cancel a subscription
This guide will step you through how to cancel a subscription.
This guide only applies if you subscribed to Immediation via credit card. If you have an enterprise account, subscribed in error, or think you subscribed as part of a fraudulent transaction, please contact support@immediation.com. We will do our best to help and can, in most cases, reverse charges quickly.
Step 1
Navigate login into your platform and navigate to "profile" -> "subscription".
When logging into Immediation, select the geo-located instance corresponding to the country where your account is domiciled. For US and Canadian customers, this is app-us.immediation.com, and for Australian customers, this is app.immediation.com.
Step 2
Under "action," you will see a button to cancel your subscription. Click on 'cancel' to stop your subscription.
Your subscription will be valid until the next monthly billing cycle, which is the date under "Next Cycle."
