How to create and edit an Unvetted List
This guide will walk you through how to create and edit an Unvetted List.
The benefit of Immediation is that it helps you with the entire neutral selection process. This involves creating a draft list, sending out queries to neutrals, ascertaining their availability, initiating the nomination/ranking process with the parties, and appointing the selected neutral to a case. This is handled within the case management system, which saves administrative time in coordinating this process. It also allows an ADR organization to scale with an increasing case load.
The neutral selection module is designed as
Draft List -> Query List -> Nomination List
Draft List -> Unvetted List

An Unvetted List is a basic list of neutrals that you create for a party/client. For example, a client may engage your firm to provide a list of people on your panel who fit specific criteria. It may be a list of potential neutrals they cannot source themselves. After the list is provided, it is up to the party/client to do with that list.
1) Go to your case and select Neutral Search.
2) Here, you will see the entire list of neutrals on your panel. You can then use the nested search function to narrow your search criteria.
3) Select the Neutrals you want to add to the Unvetted List.
4) Click "Add to List" on the top right, then select 'Unvetted', and 'Create a new Unvetted List'.
5) Name your new Unvetted List and click on "Add".
6) You will now see your created "Unvetted List".
7) You can click on the three dots on the right of the Unvetted List Name to edit, export, or delete the list you just created.
You can also convert a Draft List to an Unvetted List. Follow the guide How to create and edit a Draft List to walk you through it.
You may want to export an Unvetted List to put it in a presentable format for a client. The export will extract all the fields associated with the neutrals on your Unvetted List, including the public URL for the neutral. You can then put the required information in a formal document to send to a client. The export is in CSV format, which any spreadsheet editor, such as Excel and Google Sheets, can open.
1) You can click the three dots on the right of the Unvetted List Name and select 'Export as CSV'.
2) This will create the file in your downloads directory on your computer's local file system in CSV format. The screenshot below is for Windows; on MacOS, it will be in a different location.
3) Open the CSV in a spreadsheet editor of your choice. You may need to expand the column widths to see all the information contained within them. You can copy this information into another document to make it presentable for your client.
You may want to provide your client with basic neutral information and the Public URL. We export all information against the neutral so that it is flexible when deciding what information you require.
