How to delete a Matter

Matter Deleting Guide

This guide will provide a short introduction to help you learn how to delete matters on your platform.

The deletion of matters will expunge all items - correspondence, tasks, documents, conferences, and ranking - associated with the matter. It will be permanently deleted and not be recoverable. Before you delete a matter, you may want to consider closing it instead. This way, you are able to reopen it at a future date, retaining all information associated with the case. You can follow How to close a Matter as a guide on how to close a case.
