How to edit your profile details

Your Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Organisation will have a public page that displays your external profile. This will contain specific fields only the public can see during a general search. Your ADR Organisation will have marked particular fields on your profile to be viewable to the public and editable by you. This guide will help you understand how to edit those fields, except your email address. If you would like to change your email address, please follow the guide "How to change your email address".

We will edit "Experience Areas" for this example on our public profile.

1) Log in to Immediation and navigate to "Panel" on the right side of the menu.

When logging into Immediation, select the geo-located instance that corresponds to the country where your account is domiciled. For US and Canadian customers, this is app-us.immediation.com, and for Australian customers, this is app.immediation.com.

2) Navigate to the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Organization, where you are a panellist.

The section on the left-hand side will list all the ADR Organizations where you are a panel member. If you are part of more than one ADR organization, you must repeat these steps to make these changes across every organization.

3) Click on "Edit Panelist" on the right-hand side.

4) In this dialogue, you will find the fields attached to your profile with your Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Organisation. Note that not all fields are editable and greyed out. This means that your ADR Organisation has not made these files editable by you. Also, you might notice that not all the fields on your profile are visible in your public view. This is controlled by your Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Organisation, which fields the public can view. You will also notice that some fields are text-based while others, such as your profile photo and CV, require a document upload.

5) Scroll down to the fields that you would like to edit. In our example, we will edit our "Experience Areas". Once done with edits, click on "Save" in the bottom right-hand corner.

6) To confirm your changes, navigate back to your public profile. To do this, go to your ADR Organization public panel search page and bring up your profile. You will see that the changes you have made have come through. You can repeat steps 1 to 6 to edit any other fields on your profile. You can also repeat these steps to edit your profile with more than one ADR Organization on the platform.
